AGM

The evening will consist of:

• AGM - there's no avoiding it, we have to have one. It will be kept as brief as possible; all the essential documents will be sent in advance. Voting is restricted to members.

• Prize-giving of the various trophies from competitions.

• Judging of The Chair's Challenge, which is "Mundane". A more detailed brief is in the blog. Entry to the competition is restricted to members.

Non-members are welcome to observe, but by necessity,participation in most of the evening is limited to members.
