About the event

This is a combined mentor and camera club outing to Hooke Park to  photograph bluebells and buildings.

This date is not set in stone as it very much depends on whether the bluebells are in flower. Currently planned for either 13th or 14th April. The bluebells do seem to be quite  advanced in their growth at present, but if we do get a cold snap they  may be stopped in their tracks. This location is the home to the Design and Make programme of the  Architectural Association. The woodland is the primary source of  material for their projects and there are some weird and wonderful  buildings and structures scattered around.   Sadly we can't access any interiors as they are on their Easter break,  but they are happy for us to wander around outside the buildings.  Anyone can visit the woods but we have said we would be no more than about 10 around the main area of buildings at any one time.

So, in principle, who would like to come and photograph bluebells and weird and wonderful buildings on these dates? We are restricting the group to around 10 at present.  We'll probably meet around 10am and stay there for a few hours.

Detailed directions will be given to those signed up nearer the time.

We will restrict to a max of 10 people and exclusively open to members of Bridport Camera Club only.
