About Us
Meetings take a variety of forms, often a visiting speaker, regular competition nights, some slides or prints from various organisations. Members are only too willing to pass on their skills.
New members are always welcome to our club. We cover all forms of photography - digital and film. All topics are of interest – creative, landscapes, portrait, natural history, sport and travel.
Our current membership represents virtually the whole spectrum of skills and interests - some have gained awards from the Royal Photographic Society and other organisations. Many members enter the regular competitions which are split into classes for “Beginners/improvers” as well as “Advanced”.
Field trips are arranged throughout the year for those interested so please keep checking in our news section for regular updates. The club also mounts annual exhibitions.
The annual subscription fee for full membership (those wishing to enter in competitions) is £20.00 or £18.00 per year for non-entering membership. If you wish to pay on the night the fee is £3.00.
The club is affiliated to the Western Counties Photographic Federation.
